Introduction to Quantitative Reasoning II
Themes
Building up on POL222H1, this course examines the theoretical foundations of quantitative empirical research, such as statistical inference and linear regression, and introduces students to data analysis using a statistical software package. Students will gain hands-on experience with the analysis of empirical data, which should prove useful not only during the rest of their academic curriculum, but also throughout their career. By the end of the semester, students will be able to conduct elementary data analysis.
