Canadian Political Parties and Elections

Themes

The emergence, evolution, and setting of Canada’s federal and provincial political parties. Topics include theoretical perspectives on party systems, behavioral and cultural characteristics of Canada’s parties, ideology and policy, party organization, membership, leadership selection, elections and campaigning, the electoral system and voting, and the representation of interests.
