Themes
This seminar focuses on five countries in the Andean region of Latin America: Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. The first part deals with the challenges to democracy in the region. Second part explores potential solutions - in particular the drafting of new constitutions by popularly elected constituent assemblies.
