Introduction to International Relations
Themes
This course is designed to help students acquire the intellectual tools used to understand and analyze world politics. Topics covered include theories of international relations, diplomacy and negotiation, international institutions, military conflicts, terrorism, humanitarian intervention, global inequality, international political economy, economic globalization, and emerging trends in world politics.
