Biography
Interested in public policy (particularly social policy) in advanced industrial nations. Author of journal articles on medical politics, professional self-regulation and regulation of occupational health hazards; and author of Opting Out of Medicare, Policy and Politics in Canada, and Accidental Logics: the Dynamics of Change in the Health Care Arena in the United States, Britain, and Canada.
