Michael James Donnelly

Associate Professor


Michael Donnelly is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Public Policy. Prior to his arrival at Toronto, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. He received a PhD in Politics and Social Policy from Princeton University in 2013. His recent publications include “Fiscal burdens and knowledge of immigration selection criteria” (Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, with Sophie Borwein) and “Material Interest, Identity, and Linked Fate in Three Countries (British Journal of Political Science, 2020)
