Biography
Devin Ouellette has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wuhan University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University. His PhD research focuses on the history of modern Chinese political thought, with special focus on the intersection of socialism and feminism in early 20th century China.
