Biography
Charles Dumais is a PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto studying Canadian constitutional history and a researcher for the PrimaryDocuments.ca project. He is also a recipient of the Doctoral SSHRC. Dumais has worked at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada and has published in the Canadian Journal of Political Science. His research examines the developments of local traditions of constitutionalism in Canada.
