Biography

Pol Sci instructor over 40 yrs: concentration on Canadian politics. Former Constitutional Policy Director, OPS. Volunteer Co-ordinator: HSC, Geneva Centre for Autism, Delilse Youth Services. Professional work on the third sector, civic society, and voluntarism. Current research focuses on new models of volunteer involvement and civic engagement. Interests include: constitutional reform, national unity, and reciprocity among communities. Academic and public service concentration on: negotiating federalism, public policy, Canadian politics, and futures. Author of text on regional development and articles in Publius, Comment, Canadian Public Administration, and CJPS.
