Islamophobia in Canada

Today marks one year since the horrific shooting at the Quebec Islamic Cultural Centre in Quebec City. Two political science faculty, Aisha Ahmad and Christopher Cochrane reflect on Islamophobia in Canada and the need to address anti-Muslim sentiment. The Centre for Ethics will host an event on the shooting later today and tomorrow the Muslim Students’ Association will host a prayer and panel discussion.
