In today’s Globe and Mail, Dan Breznitz, the Munk chair of Innovation Studies and co-director of the Innovation Policy Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs, and David Wolfe, co-director of the Innovation Policy Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs at U of T, discuss Canada’s poor performance when it comes to innovation despite generous research and development tax incentives.
