ISA Awards

Congratulations to Professor Ron Deibert who has been awarded two ISA (International Studies Association) awards: the ISA Canada Distinguished Scholar award and the STAIR Distinguished Scholar ‘Transversal Acts’ award.

The ISA-Canada Distinguished Scholar award honours exceptional scholarship accomplishments and contributions to the development of the study of International Relations in Canada. The STAIR Distinguished Scholar ‘Transversal acts’ award recognises sustained interdisciplinary contributions to how science, technology and arts permeate international politics celebrating contributions that cut across disciplinary boundaries and propose interventions that interrogate, disrupt and reassemble interdisciplinary problematics relevant to science, technology and arts in International Relations.

The International Studies Association represents 100 countries with over 6,500 members worldwide and is the most respected and widely known scholarly association in this field.
