Inequality and the Liberal International Order (LIO)

Carla Norrlof published a piece in Newsweek based on an article for a Special Issue (SI) of International Affairs. The SI brings together leading proponents and critics of liberal internationalism to debate its future. Norrlof’s article discusses America’s current superpower status as well as economic and political inequality in the US, particularly the role of income inequality, education and race in bringing Trump to power.
