Is activism dead in China?

Following the recent death of Nobel Peace Laureate Liu Xiaobo, who served most of his 11-year prison sentence for writing the pro-democracy treatise Charter 08, Diana Fu, assistant professor of Asian Politics at the University of Toronto examines the notion of activism in China and whether it has come to an end.
