China’s Great Cannon

Political Science Professor Ronald Deibert, who is also the director of the Citizen Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs, is part of a team that has published a new report on China’s latest cyber weapon, which they call ‘The Great Cannon’. In partnership with other scholars at the International Computer Science Institute; the University of California, Berkeley; and Princeton University, the report has garnered significant attention from major U.S. media outlets, that include the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal.
