Health Care Is About Values

Professor Peter Loewen and Alex Kamath, who has been studying in the Department of Political Science on a Fulbright research grant, have recently published an op-ed in The Ottawa Citizen on the politics of health care. Their piece argues that the structure of a health-delivery system is based on overriding political values.
