Professor Nelson Wiseman has been quoted in article published this past weekend in The Toronto Sun regarding the end of embattled Toronto mayor Rob Ford’s tenure in office.
In reflecting on Ford’s legacy, Wiseman identifies two key aspects of his time in office. The first is personality. The second is public policy legacy.
“On the personality side, a lot of people think he gave the city a black eye. On the other hand, there is a large segment of the population that identifies with him,” he says.
