Biography
Peter’s research interests include the political economy of Africa’s development, secession movements in postcolonial Africa, diffusion theory and human rights. His dissertation studies the role of diffusion mechanisms in understanding the rise of secession movements and their choice of strategic behaviour in the struggle for independence against the parent-state in postcolonial Africa.
