Biography
His research studies how intelligence agencies impact national economic competitiveness and the structure of the global economy. Michael’s main areas of expertise are on normative boundaries of acceptable intelligence practices, the evolution of US civil-military relations, and the economic impact of commercial espionage. He also has a teaching interest in Canadian foreign policy.
