Matt Wilder is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. His dissertation explains the origins, operation, and outcomes associated with industrial policy regimes in contemporary Canada. Matt’s dissertation complements his wider interests in comparative and Canadian political economy, public policy, methodology, business economics, and public finance. Matt has published his research in a number of international journals and presented his findings at conferences around the world.
