Course lets students develop actual government policies

March 15, 2016

Students in Dan Breznitz’s ‘Innovation, Institutions, Governments and Growth’ class at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs not only develop proposals for governments or businesses as part of their classwork, but such policies are actually implemented. Professor Breznitz and some of his students spoke to U of T News about what’s involved. Dan Breznitz is a Professor and Munk Chair of Innovation Studies, with a cross-appointment to the Department of Political Science. In addition, he is also Co-Director of the Innovation Policy Lab at the Munk School and the Director of Academic Research.
