Richard Simeon receives major APSA award

Richard Simeon, who retires from the faculty of the Department of Political Science in June, has been honoured with the Daniel Elazar Distinguished Scholar Award in recognition of his lifetime contribution to the study of federalism and intergovernmental relations. A list of previous winners of this award is available on the APSA website. The award will be presented at the annual APSA meeting in Washington, DC, in September.
