Biography
Kelsey Gordon’s dissertation explores questions of sex, love, and labour, as theorized by women writers in the Western history of political thought; however, she explores these questions broadly across the traditional canon of political thought as well. Within this work, Kelsey is interested in the methodological challenges and opportunities that come with studying women, both as thinkers and as concepts within men’s thought. Kelsey is passionate about teaching and regards it as one of the greatest privileges of being an academic
