Kavita Reddy

Kavita’s doctoral research examines the theoretical underpinning of legal principles that inform injunction cases concerning resource extraction on contested Indigenous land in Canada. Her research interests include the history of modern political thought, critical theory, and Indigenous political thought that addresses and critically interrogates the politics of empire, colonialism, and post-colonialism.
