Vijayashri Sripati has studied international human rights, international politics and constitutionalism in the U.S., U.K., and Canada respectively. Her research interests lie in the United Nations, constitutionalism, and human rights. Although UN constitutional assistance [UNCA] has developed into an established field of state-building intervention in which practice has far outstretched theory, the UN does not provide a complete list of the legal aspects of its constitutional assistance projects.
