Pauline Beange

Biography
Pauline Beange received her doctorate in Political Science from the University of Toronto in 2012. She also holds an M.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Economics. She has taught at the University of Toronto, Western University and the University of Waterloo. Prior to earning her doctorate, she held executive positions with manufacturing and investment firms. Her doctoral research explored the informal and formal rules surrounding party finance in Canada and other industrialized societies. She has volunteered extensively in civil society organizations and has coached youth with a view to civic and political engagement in a variety of settings. She has provided expert testimony to the Standing Senate Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs and to the Ontario Standing Committee on General Government.
