Is the NDP Manitoba’s Natural Governing Party?

That’s the question that Professor Nelson Wiseman examines in an op-ed published in today’s Winnipeg Free Press. Although he stops short of predicting a victory for the province’s New Democrats in the next election, he does indicate that the provincial political culture appears to be strongly linked with the ‘orange’ party.
