University lowers flag to half-mast in memory of Richard Simeon

The University of Toronto mourns the loss of Professor Emeritus Richard Simeon, one of Canada’s preeminent political scientists. Simeon, known for his academic and public policy contributions both within Canada and beyond, died Oct. 11. The U of T flag will be flown at half-mas across the three campuses today, in memory of Professor Richard Simeon.
