Contemporary Issues in Peace and Conflict
Themes
A colloquium (fall term) and research seminar (spring term) on security ontology and various meanings of security. Topics to be considered include planetary, ecospheric, state, societal, and human security.
Format and Requirements
A seminar requiring a short in-class presentations and a conceptual paper (fall term) and an hour-long in-class presentation and extensive research essay (spring term).
