Biography

Mark’s research focuses on the dynamics of mass violence, repression, and genocide; civil-military relations; and the treatment of political prisoners. His other research interests include Indonesian politics, civil-wars, regime change, and the role of external sponsors in domestic repression. His research has appeared in the journal Indonesia.
