Biography

Research interests: German and comparative European Politics, voting behaviour, values and political attitudes, right-wing populism and extremism, research methods. Current publications include books on voting behaviour (ed. 2017, 2008), Structural Equation Modelling (2015) and right-wing voting (2008), and articles/chapters on voting in the UK (2012, 2014, 2016, 2017), France (2009, 2010), and Germany (2015, 2016, 2017). He has published in many peer-reviewed journals including the American Journal of Political Science, Electoral Studies, the European Journal of Political Research, Political Analysis, Political Geography, Research & Politics, and West European Politics.
