At the recent annual ICON·S (International Society of Public Law) conference, co-President and Political Science Professor Ran Hirschl sat down with three internationally-renowned constitutional law experts to moderate the plenary panel ‘High Courts and Political Power: A Conversation with Three Prominent Jurists’. In conversation were Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin (Supreme Court of Canada), Justice Marta Cartabia (Vice President of the Constitutional Court of Italy) and Judge András Sajó (Central European University, Hungary and judge at the European Court of Human Rights).
