Input of indigenous Canadians fundamental to electoral reform

No decision should be made about electoral reform without the input of indigenous Canadians according to Melissa Williams, professor of political science at the University of Toronto and a Senior Democracy Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School.
